• S-25 Alum Art Frame Enclosures

    The S-25 sound enclosure series have a 1" thick wall with a tube frame. The enclosure shall be designed to incorporate ventilation using acoustically treated air intake systems. The enclosure frame shall be made of aluminum square tubing frame that allows at least one wall and roof panel to be removable without utilizing any screws. A three directional slip fit corner fitting shall be provided at each of the eight corners to connect all aluminum frame pieces together. Acoustical panels shall have 16-gauge galvanized steel channel provided for bottom caps and top caps and openings. Wall and roof panels shall have exterior skin of 16-gauge damped galvanized steel filled with sound absorption material and 22-gauge perforated galvanized steel inner liner or wear resistant foam. The enclosure shall be designed to incorporate ventilation using acoustically treated air intake systems. The enclosure frame shall be made of aluminum square tubing frame that allows at least one wall and roof panel to be removable without utilizing any screws.     S-65 TG uses acoustical mineral wool and has a STC=50 & NRC=1.0. The S-65 TG sound enclosure series have a 4" thick wall with a 4" modular frame. The enclosure shall be designed to incorporate ventilation using acoustically treated air intake systems. Tongue and groove acoustical panels shall have 16 gauge galvanized steel channel provided for bottom caps and top caps and openings. Wall and roof panels shall have exterior skin of 16-gauge damped galvanized steel filled with sound absorption material and 22-gauge perforated galvanized steel inner liner. Doors should be provided with acoustic seals on all four sides with galvanized, stainless steel, or nylon hinges and handles. Removable panels are easily removed via a quick release retainer clamps.
